Establish Budget & TImeline
Once your plans are approved, we create a detailed budget plan and schedule that will help you understand how much it will cost you and how long it will take to build. This will serve as our guidelines all through the project.
Start Building
Once everything is ready to go, we assign a dedicated team of experienced builder along with managers to build your custom house or renovate your home. I, on the other hand, remain on speed dial at all time and ensure we remain on target by making weekly site visits to check on progress.
